This set includes all CNC cut end tanks required to complete a set of 2 intercoolers including two air inlet tanks with 2.5 inch openings, air outlet tanks with a 3.5 inch openings, all water side tanks with precision cut openings sized for -12 AN ORB fittings, and four -12 AN ORB female weld bungs. Intercooler cores are not included. The water tank ports are strategically offset so coolant can enter one side of the core, fully saturate the internal water passages, and exit from the opposite side for optimal thermal efficiency. Crafted from .187 inch thick aluminum, these pieces weld cleanly while maintaining the strength and rigidity needed for high boost, high temperature environments. This kit is designed around Garrett’s 11.7 inch by 3.8 inch by 3.8 inch 750HP air to water cores.
