Description The Custom Design SQ 404 features 4 mm Acoustic Steel top plates, which use constrained layer damping to reduce resonance and isolate the speaker from external vibrations. The columns can be filled with Custom Design Inert Filler, which eliminates ringing and results in overall improved performance and sound quality, whilst also enhancing the stability of the stands. The standard SQ 404 top plates measure 165 x 180mm and the base plates measure 220 x 270 mm. We offer a version sized to perfectly fit Dutch & Dutch 8c speakers, including pre-drilled holes for fixing the speakers to the stands. Custom sizes are also available to fit all of our other speakers. The thick 6 mm steel base plates feature top-adjustable zinc plated M8 floor spikes and locking nuts.
