Designed for lower noise and higher performance The move to USB Power Delivery marks a world first for a high-end phono stage. Instead of relying on a fixed-voltage plug-pack, the Mk4.1 negotiates the exact power it needs from a USB-C PD adaptor, ensuring stable, ultra-clean operation. The internal power system fully isolates and regenerates the incoming supply, so there’s no advantage in using a linear PSU or speciality USB-C cable. A standard USB-PD adaptor is all that’s required. As an MM/MC phono stage, the Mk4.1 is exceptionally quiet and transparent. Gain and loading can be precisely configured via a new, more intuitive jumper system, allowing the P75 Mk4.1 to partner effectively with almost any cartridge.
