These pads come in an assortment of shaped for both men and women’s heels, they are also great for quieting on-camera props such as dishes, cups, etc. Each package contains ten pre-cut sheets of 1/8″ noise-suppressing, neoprene closed cell-foam totalling 240 individual pieces.
